5. Delivery & Logistics

- Customers must ensure correct address and site access.
- Extra waiting or offloading charges may apply.
6. Inspection & Acceptance
- Inspect materials immediately upon delivery.
- Report damages or shortages within 24 hours.
- Late claims may not be accepted.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Returns accepted only for unused items in original packaging.
- Custom-made and clearance items are non-returnable.
- Refunds processed within 7–14 working days.
- Delivery and service charges are non-refundable.
8. Warranty & Product Use
Product warranties are provided by manufacturers only. We are not responsible for misuse, improper storage, or incorrect installation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under UAE law, Al-Bayadh shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
10. Intellectual Property
